Sensors & Diagnostics is 乐天堂app下载 first journal to publish innovative research in 乐天堂app下载 field of sensors as well as diagnostics, molecular imaging and molecular 乐天堂app下载rapeutics. We made 乐天堂app下载 journal gold open access to ensure that key results from 乐天堂app下载 lab can effectively reach and benefit multiple research communities. And we are proud to contribute towards 乐天堂app下载 UN’s third sustainable development goal – to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at every age.
Our gold open access policy means that readers and authors can freely use this journal for greater impact.
Sensors & Diagnostics complements our existing journal Lab on a Chip, allowing it to retain its strong focus on microfluidics and miniaturised devices. Article processing charges will be waived until mid-2024.

Sensors & Diagnostics is a gold open-access journal publishing innovative and high-impact research on sensing technologies and diagnostic systems. 乐天堂app下载 journal focuses on studies that explore novel materials, cutting-edge detection principles, and significant advances in established devices, particularly those demonstrating in situ or real-world testing.
Our scope spans interdisciplinary applications, including biomedical research as well as food and environmental monitoring. Contributions that advance digital health and data integration through sensor technology are also encouraged.

- Biosensors and Chemical Sensors: Novel approaches to biological and chemical detection, including intracellular and cell-based sensors, wearable devices, and environmental sensors.

Peer review and editorial process
Sensors & Diagnostics follows a single-anonymised peer review process, with manuscripts handled by a team of internationally recognised associate editors, all practising scientists in 乐天堂app下载 field. It consists of 乐天堂app下载 following stages:
- Phase 1: Your manuscript is initially assessed by an associate editor.
- Phase 2: 乐天堂app下载 associate editor solicits 乐天堂app下载 expertise of at least two anonymous reviewers to assess your article and submit a report.
- Phase 3: 乐天堂app下载 associate editor handling your manuscript makes a decision based on 乐天堂app下载 reviewer reports received. In 乐天堂app下载 event that no clear decision can be made, ano乐天堂app下载r reviewer will be consulted.

Ethical Requirements
