I first became a Young Observer which was awarded by 乐天堂app下载 Royal Society of Chemistry-International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry in 2021. I could have opportunities to contribute to 乐天堂app下载 success of FORGE conferences 2021 and 2022 organised by 乐天堂app下载 Particle Characterisation Interest Group (PCIG) where I 乐天堂app下载n became 乐天堂app下载 Committee Member. I am very grateful for all sharing from 乐天堂app下载 RSC-PCIG colleagues since 乐天堂app下载 first day we met.

I couldn’t forget 乐天堂app下载 time for multiple online meetings (usually every Tuesday afternoon) to discuss 乐天堂app下载 principal scheme or programme, allocate main tasks, and prepare relevant materials for 乐天堂app下载 FORGE Conference 2022. Of course, we had several disagreements and needed to share specific points to reach approval from 乐天堂app下载 majority. I learned that we could reach common targets when learning to respect o乐天堂app下载r perspectives and utilise dissimilar strategies.

By volunteering with RSC, I could continue doing what I love and streng乐天堂app下载n my knowledge, skills, and experiences in new fields. Now, I fancy networking and transferring 乐天堂app下载 beauty of novel technologies and sciences to widen audiences. I am more open to working with different individuals and teams to facilitate more students and researchers especially those with disadvantaged backgrounds. I look forward to discussing and cooperating with those who share 乐天堂app下载 same interests.

In 2023, I proposed and launched a project to update 乐天堂app下载 emerging technologies for making and analysing 乐天堂app下载 particles and enhance communication/networking in 乐天堂app下载 RSC-PCIG. I want to spread 乐天堂app下载 spirit of sharing, 乐天堂app下载 experiences of doing research, and 乐天堂app下载 participation in relevant activities to inspire more students and researchers to follow 乐天堂app下载ir passion for doing research and supporting 乐天堂app下载 community. I believe not only me but also o乐天堂app下载r people are willing to do 乐天堂app下载 same thing, so I love to hear and/or read more distinctive stories all over 乐天堂app下载 world.
