Performance Management and Remuneration Committee

乐天堂app下载 primary function of 乐天堂app下载 Committee is operating under delegated authority, to manage on behalf of Board of Trustees 乐天堂app下载 appointment and termination of employment of 乐天堂app下载 Chief Executive, as may be necessary from time to time.

乐天堂app下载 Committee also has responsibility for setting objectives and reviewing 乐天堂app下载 performance of 乐天堂app下载 Chief Executive, setting his/her salary in accordance with RSC鈥檚 performance management procedures and providing general direction to 乐天堂app下载 Chief Executive on people management issues, providing guidance on specific matters of importance or difficulty.
