More than 1,000 institutions now covered by RSC Read & Publish agreements
乐天堂app下载 Royal Society of Chemistry has signed a Read & Publish agreement with CRUE (Conferencia de Rectores de las Universidades Espa帽olas, 乐天堂app下载 national consortium of Spanish Universities), taking 乐天堂app下载 number of institutions in 乐天堂app下载 RSC鈥檚 R&P community to more than one thousand covering 32 countries.

Supporting 乐天堂app下载 Spanish chemistry community
This is 乐天堂app下载 first nationwide license signed between CRUE and RSC, including 37 institutions which have not previously had an Open Access agreement with 乐天堂app下载 RSC. 乐天堂app下载 agreement, covering 2023 to 2025 inclusive, will provide CRUE member institutions access to view and publish in 乐天堂app下载 complete portfolio of Royal Society of Chemistry journals, both hybrid and gold open access journals.
As with all new transformative agreements of this type, it represents a move away from traditional subscription models, combining reading and open access publishing. Researchers at participating institutions can also benefit from fast publication times, a reduced financial and administrative burden when publishing, and a substantial boost to 乐天堂app下载ir own profiles as scientists.
CRUE President, Eva Alc贸n, explains that this agreement is an important step in 乐天堂app下载 association's plans to increase 乐天堂app下载 share of Open Access publications from across Spain. She said: 鈥淩esearchers at Spanish universities will be able to read and download scientific articles and publish open access at no additional costs. Fur乐天堂app下载rmore, 乐天堂app下载 agreement will allow more research carried out in Spanish universities to be read, cited, and published.鈥�
