Biography
Ghim Wei Ho is currently an Associate Professor of 乐天堂app下载 Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering and Department of Materials Science & Engineering at 乐天堂app下载 National University of Singapore (NUS). She leads 乐天堂app下载 Sustainable Smart Solar System research group working on fundamental and applied research on nanomaterials and nanosystems for energy, environment, electronics and healthcare applications.
She has authored more than 150 papers in 乐天堂app下载 international refereed journals. She was an elected Scholar at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge and is a Cambridge Commonwealth Society Fellow since 2006. In 2014, she was awarded 乐天堂app下载 L鈥橭REAL UNESCO for Women in Science Fellowship. In 2015, she was 乐天堂app下载 honoree winner of 乐天堂app下载 JCI鈥檚 Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Award in 乐天堂app下载 Science and/or Technological Development category. In 2016, she was honoured as 乐天堂app下载 Science & Technology winner for 乐天堂app下载 Great Women of Our Time as well as 乐天堂app下载 ASEAN-US Science Prize for women.
