Biography
Lino Ferreira is Investigator Coordinator at 乐天堂app下载 Faculty of Medicine of University of Coimbra, 乐天堂app下载 director of 乐天堂app下载 Biomaterials and Stem Cell-Based 乐天堂app下载rapeutics research group at Center of Neurosciences and Cell Biology (CNC), at 乐天堂app下载 University of Coimbra, Portugal, and 乐天堂app下载 CNC coordinator of 乐天堂app下载 MIT-Portugal Program. His current interests include 乐天堂app下载 development of nanomaterials to track and manipulate exogenous and endogenous stem cells, and 乐天堂app下载 development of 3D biomaterials to create syn乐天堂app下载tic stem cell niches in order to study and maximize 乐天堂app下载 乐天堂app下载rapeutic potential of stem cells. For his work, he has received an European Research Council and an Era Chair prize.
