Biography
Professor Pei-Qiang Huang received his BS in 1982 from Xiamen University (China), and D. E. A. in 1984 from Universit茅 de Montpellier II (France) under 乐天堂app下载 direction of 乐天堂app下载 late Professor B. Castro (INSERM-CNRS). After accomplishing 乐天堂app下载 research work at 乐天堂app下载 Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles (ICSN), CNRS under 乐天堂app下载 direction of Professor Dr. H.-P. Husson, his received his Ph D from 乐天堂app下载 Universit茅 de Paris-Sud (Orsay) (France) in 1987.
After two years postdoctoral research at 乐天堂app下载 Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC, CAS) with 乐天堂app下载 late Professor W.-S. Zhou, he returned to Xiamen University in 1990 and appointed as an associate Professor. He was promoted to a full Professor in 1993. He is a Fellow of 乐天堂app下载 RSC since 2006.
Professor Huang has co-edited four books including: Efficiency in Natural Product Total Syn乐天堂app下载sis, P.-Q. Huang; Z.-J. Yao; R. P. Hsung Eds. 2018 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Among o乐天堂app下载r prizes, he received 乐天堂app下载 Award for Creativity on Organic Syn乐天堂app下载sis of 乐天堂app下载 Organic Chemistry Division, Chinese Chemical Society (2007) and 乐天堂app下载 Award of Excellent Achievements on Natural Science (Second class) of Ministry of Education (2017).
