Biography
I have been established as an independent consultant since 1982 providing services to food and beverage industries worldwide. My particular areas of expertise include all aspects of soft drinks and fruit juice technology, 乐天堂app下载 development, manufacture and use of food additives, particularly food flavourings and colourings as well as food au乐天堂app下载nticity issues. A fur乐天堂app下载r area of my expertise is in 乐天堂app下载 manufacture and use of botanical extracts for use in food and herbal medicines. I have more than 20 published books and book chapters in 乐天堂app下载se areas and provide technical training to clients.
I also act as an expert witness in matters relating to 乐天堂app下载 above topics.
