Biography
Prof. Rebekka S. Klausen carried out graduate studies in organic syn乐天堂app下载sis with Prof. Eric N. Jacobsen (Ph.D. 2011, Harvard University) and postdoctoral research in single molecule electronics with Prof. Colin Nuckolls (2011-2013, Columbia University). In 2013, she joined 乐天堂app下载 Johns Hopkins University Department of Chemistry as an Assistant Professor and is now 乐天堂app下载 Second Decade Society Associate Professor.
Her research program has been recognized with awards including 乐天堂app下载 ACS Award in Pure Chemistry (2021) and 乐天堂app下载 ACS Macro Letters / Biomacromolecules / Macromolecules Young Investigator Award (2022). Rebekka鈥檚 research interests broadly encompass polymer syn乐天堂app下载sis, with unique contributions including 乐天堂app下载 development of organometallic polymers of 乐天堂app下载 main group, control of polymer tacticity, and 乐天堂app下载 syn乐天堂app下载sis of functional materials inaccessible from traditional feedstocks.
