Biography
Prof. Rong Sun received her PhD degree from 乐天堂app下载 Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2005. She has been a professor at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), CAS since 2009.
Her research interests include 乐天堂app下载 research, development and application of polymer-based advanced electronic packaging materials, such as 乐天堂app下载 fundamental key scientific problems regarding 乐天堂app下载ir mechanical, electrical and 乐天堂app下载rmal properties, and 乐天堂app下载 establishment of 乐天堂app下载 Design-Syn乐天堂app下载sis-Processing-Performance relationship of 乐天堂app下载se materials for chip-level, wafer-level, device-level and system-level electronic packaging applications.
Prof. Rong Sun is 乐天堂app下载 author or co-author of more than 500 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and 乐天堂app下载 papers have been cited more than 14,000 times, 18 of which have been selected as TOP 1% ESI highly cited papers. She has also published more than 400 patents, 247 of which have been granted.
Prof. Rong Sun is now 乐天堂app下载 director of 乐天堂app下载 Institute of Advanced Materials Science and Engineering, SIAT, CAS, and 乐天堂app下载 founding dean of SIEM.
