Biography

I am 乐天堂app下载 Eileen M. Foell Professor of Cancer Research and Professor of Chemistry, Molecular Biosciences, Neurobiology & Physiology, and Radiology at Northwestern University, as well as 乐天堂app下载 Director of 乐天堂app下载 Center for Advanced Molecular Imaging. In my previous position at Caltech and 乐天堂app下载 Beckman Institute I pioneered 乐天堂app下载 development of 乐天堂app下载 first bioactivated MR probes and new hand-held chips for DNA diagnostics. My research focuses on bioinorganic coordination chemistry and its applications in research, which include biological molecular imaging, transcription factor inhibitors and 乐天堂app下载 development of electronic biosensors for 乐天堂app下载 detection of DNA and proteins.
