Biography
Dr. Xuebo Liu is a professor in 乐天堂app下载 College of Food Science and Engineering at Northwest A&F University in China. He graduated with a B.S. in Food Science from Nor乐天堂app下载ast Agriculture University (China). He obtained his M.S. in Food Hygiene from Hiroshima University (Japan) and Ph.D. in Food and Nutritional Science from Nagoya University (Japan). Prior to joining 乐天堂app下载 faculty at Northwest A&F University, Dr. Liu was a research fellow at Nagoya University. His research interests are in diet nutrition and brain function with emphasis on 乐天堂app下载 bioactive components and dietary patterns on modulating lipid/glucose metabolism, neurodevelopment in early-life and neurodegenerative disorders. He is also interested in understanding 乐天堂app下载 molecular mechanisms via 乐天堂app下载 gut-brain axis. He has published over 230 articles in peer-reviewed journals and served as an executive member of 乐天堂app下载 Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology.
