乐天堂app下载 group promotes, educates, practices and collaborates in 乐天堂app下载 chemistry of radioisotopes. It seeks to encourage, assist and extend 乐天堂app下载 knowledge and study of radiochemistry and assist in 乐天堂app下载 public understanding of 乐天堂app下载 social, educational and economic importance of radiochemistry.

About this prize

In memory of Bill Newton a biennial award of 拢500 plus Medal and Certificate is made for a recent outstanding contribution to any aspect of radiochemistry. 

Nominations relating to 乐天堂app下载 research, teaching or advancement of radiochemistry are all eligible. 乐天堂app下载 recipient will be required to give a lecture at a Radiochemistry Group sponsored meeting.

乐天堂app下载 award of 乐天堂app下载 Bill Newton award will normally be considered biennially by 乐天堂app下载 Honours Committee, which will make a recommendation to 乐天堂app下载 Radiochemistry Group of 乐天堂app下载 Royal Society of Chemistry.  

乐天堂app下载 merits of a particular candidate may be brought to 乐天堂app下载 notice of 乐天堂app下载 Honours Committee by means of a nomination sent to 乐天堂app下载 Secretary of 乐天堂app下载 RSC Radiochemistry Group. 乐天堂app下载 nomination should be accompanied by a supporting statement on 乐天堂app下载 candidate's career, a curriculum vitae and details of two referees. 乐天堂app下载 nomination should include a clear indication of 乐天堂app下载 significant contribution(s) made by 乐天堂app下载 candidate to 乐天堂app下载 advancement of radiochemistry.

乐天堂app下载 award shall be made on an over all assessment of 乐天堂app下载 candidate's contribution, 乐天堂app下载 impact of his/her work and his/her future promise in any field covered by 乐天堂app下载 principles, teaching and practice of any aspect of radiochemistry as covered by 乐天堂app下载 Radiochemistry Group鈥檚 Mission statement
