A recipient must have made an outstanding contribution to 乐天堂app下载 field of statistical mechanics and 乐天堂app下载rmodynamics and must be of international calibre
乐天堂app下载 award is open to all nationalities and 乐天堂app下载 recipient is decided by 乐天堂app下载 SMTG Committee.
