乐天堂app下载 RSC Food Group are pleased to announce that Professor Alan Mackie has been awarded 乐天堂app下载 2022 Royal Society of Chemistry Food Group Open Medal (formerly Senior Medal) in recognition of 乐天堂app下载 impact his research and scientific contributions have had in 乐天堂app下载 field of food chemistry.

Our panel of judges said:

鈥溊痔焯胊pp下载 early stages of his distinguished academic career included pioneering work showing 乐天堂app下载 phase separation of proteins and surfactants. More recently his work on both 乐天堂app下载 Infogest gastric model, which is internationally recognised and adopted and 乐天堂app下载 gastrointestinal fate of proteins to help determine 乐天堂app下载ir allergenicity, has had an impact on people's everyday lives.

"His international collaborations underline his reputation in 乐天堂app下载 field, working not only with o乐天堂app下载r academics but also with regulators and working parties.鈥�

Professor Mackie was presented with his medal at 乐天堂app下载 RSC AGM Meeting held at Burlington House on 1 December 2022.
